Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Customers in the United Kingdom may return their purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. No explanation is required to exercise this right.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to  info@donverro.com with your order number and a short description of the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: After reviewing your request, we will send you the return guidelines and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Prepare the Package:

    • Place the product in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

    • Add the return authorization slip and any requested documentation or images.

    • Attach the return label provided in our confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind): Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

Change of Mind

Items may be returned within 30 days if they are unused, undamaged, and remain in their original packaging.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with clear photos. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund and cover all return shipping fees.

Damaged During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos of the condition within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and cover return costs if required.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you received the wrong item, please reach out to us. We will arrange delivery of the correct product and cover all return shipping fees.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived, notify us so we can open an investigation. If the package cannot be located, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

  • Return Window: Items must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Approval Requirements: Refunds are issued only for products returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Defective or incorrect items are assessed individually.

  • Payout: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, socks) unless unopened and unused
