This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through the Donverro platform.

Eligibility and Timeframe

Customers located in United Kingdom have the right to return their purchase within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, with no obligation to provide a reason.

How to Start a Return

  1. Notify Us: To begin the return process, please email us at  info@donverro.com , including your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Packaging & Shipping Guidelines

  1. Place the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  2. Include the return authorization slip and any necessary supporting documents or images.

  3. Print and attach the return label provided in our email before sending the package back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Product Faults or Errors: If the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged during transit, return shipping is free of charge.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to personal preference or purchasing mistakes, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Conditions for Refunds and Returns

  • Changed Your Mind? You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging.

  • Defective Products: If your item is defective, contact our team immediately. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.

  • Damaged on Arrival: Should your order arrive damaged, email us photos of the damage within 48 hours. We’ll evaluate the issue and cover return costs if required.

  • Received the Wrong Product? Get in touch, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and cover return costs.

  • Item Never Arrived: If your delivery is missing, notify us so we can start an investigation. If the package cannot be found, a replacement or refund will be offered.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. If already dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Defective or Damaged Products

For faulty or damaged items, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the defect. After assessment and approval, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Returns for Non-Faulty Items

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the unused product within 30 days, ensuring it’s in its original, unopened packaging and suitable for resale.

Return Processing Timeline

  • Report Window: You must notify us and ship the item within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Inspection Period: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refund Criteria: Refunds are only granted if the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Defective or wrongly delivered items are subject to inspection.

  • Payout Timeline: After approval, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, socks), unless sealed and unused
