Shipping and Delivery
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The full delivery process typically takes between 4 and 12 business days. This includes a processing time of 1 to 3 business days and a shipping time of 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes, we offer delivery within the United Kingdom. All UK orders are shipped free of charge.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our tracking page.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my order?
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. No explanation is needed. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return?
Send an email to info@donverro.com or fill in the contact form on our website. Our customer support team will assist you with the return process.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund on the same day the package arrives. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Products and Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
Our clothing follows standard sizing. Loafers and shoes are true to size, but since loafers do not have laces, they should fit snugly. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing half a size smaller. A size guide is available on each product page, including foot measurements in both centimeters and inches.
